Modular ONE – beautiful and sustainable
Modular ONE is Parador's eco-friendly design floor: completely PVC-free and plasticiser-free, yet it looks and feels remarkably like real wood.
It is water-resistant and, thanks to its low installation height, wonderfully renovation-friendly – ideal for almost any room, and available in oak as well as stone and concrete looks. Beautiful design with healthier living in mind.

What is Parador?
Parador is a leading German flooring brand, designing and producing in Germany and Austria since 1977. The range covers engineered wood, laminate, vinyl and the eco-friendly Modular ONE design floor.
What is Modular ONE?
Modular ONE is Parador's eco-friendly design floor – PVC-free and plasticiser-free, water-resistant and remarkably realistic, in wood, stone and concrete looks. Its low height also makes it very renovation-friendly.
Is Parador flooring waterproof?
Parador's vinyl (with an SPC core) and Modular ONE ranges are water-resistant and suit kitchens and bathrooms. Wood-based laminate is best kept away from standing water – ask us for the right floor for each room.
What is the difference between engineered wood and laminate?
Engineered wood has a genuine wood top layer for an authentic, natural floor, while laminate uses a highly realistic wood or stone decor over a tough HDF core at a friendlier price point.
