Shipping policy

<p>We deliver sofas, beds, mattresses, furniture, flooring and more across Scotland and the wider UK. Here's what to expect when your order is on its way.</p>
<h2>Lead times</h2>
<p>In-stock items are dispatched as quickly as possible. Made-to-order pieces — including many of our sofas, Chesterfields and beds — are built specifically for you, so they take longer. We will give you an estimated timescale when you order and keep you updated as your delivery is arranged.</p>
<h2>Delivery charges</h2>
<p>Delivery charges depend on the items ordered and your location, and are confirmed before you complete your order or by our team for showroom and made-to-order purchases. Larger items such as sofas, beds and flooring may be subject to a separate delivery cost.</p>
<h2>Delivery areas</h2>
<p>We deliver throughout mainland Scotland and across the UK. Some remote areas and islands may involve longer timescales or additional charges — if so, we will always confirm this with you first.</p>
<h2>On the day</h2>
<p>Please make sure there is clear, safe access for your furniture, and check in advance that larger items will fit through doorways, stairwells and into the room. If you have any concerns about access, let us know before your delivery date so we can plan accordingly.</p>
<h2>Flooring &amp; free home measure</h2>
<p>For carpets and flooring, we offer a free home measuring service across Scotland to make sure you order the right amount. You can arrange this on our <a href="/pages/free-home-flooring-measure-scotland">Free Home Measure</a> page.</p>
<h2>Checking your order</h2>
<p>Please inspect your items on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly — see our <a href="/pages/returns-refunds">Returns &amp; Refunds</a> policy.</p>
<h2>Showroom collection</h2>
<p>Some items can be collected from, or viewed at, our Clydebank showroom. Please speak to our team to arrange this.</p>
<h2>Missed deliveries</h2>
<p>If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or access is not possible, we will contact you to rearrange. A further charge may apply for repeat delivery attempts.</p>
