Shipping policy

We deliver sofas, beds, mattresses, furniture, flooring and rugs across Scotland and the wider UK. Here is what to expect when your order is on its way.

Delivery charges

  • Rugs and small items: free UK mainland delivery on orders over £40, £5.95 under. Any mix of items counts towards the £40.
  • Home fragrance: £3.95, free over £40.
  • Boxed flooring (laminate, LVT, vinyl): kerbside pallet delivery £29.95, free over £399.
  • Sofas, beds, mattresses and furniture: two-man delivery to the room of your choice, £80 UK mainland. We assemble anything that needs it and take the packaging away.
  • Northern Ireland: higher rates apply and are shown at checkout.

Collection from our Clydebank showroom is free on everything.

Lead times

Rugs and stock items are usually with you in 2 to 4 working days. Made-to-order pieces, including many of our sofas, Chesterfields and beds, are built specifically for you and take longer; we give you an estimate when you order and phone you to agree a delivery day once it is ready.

Delivery areas

We deliver throughout mainland Scotland and across the UK. Some remote areas and islands may involve longer timescales or additional charges; if so, we will always confirm this with you first.

On the day

Please make sure there is clear, safe access for your furniture, and check in advance that larger items will fit through doorways, stairwells and into the room. If you have any concerns about access, let us know before your delivery date so we can plan accordingly.

Checking your order

Please inspect your items on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly. See our Returns & Refunds policy.

Missed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or access is not possible, we will contact you to rearrange. A further charge may apply for repeat delivery attempts.
