Flooring for your new home — better quality, for less
Builders love to roll flooring into your house price or your mortgage — and you end up paying for it, with interest, for the next 25 years. We're a local Clydebank showroom that floors your whole new home in better carpet, laminate and vinyl, supplied and fitted, for less — and none of the hassle.
Don't build your flooring into your mortgage
It's the quiet upsell on every new build. Here's why coming to us first makes sense.
Keep it off your mortgage
Flooring rolled into your purchase price is financed over the whole mortgage term — so you pay interest on it for decades. Pay us directly and you pay for it once.
Better quality, lower price
We buy well and pass it on. You get a better carpet, laminate or vinyl than the standard builder spec — usually for less than their upgrade list.
No hassle, start to finish
One local team supplies and fits the lot, often before you move in. You turn the key and it's done.
Your whole house, sorted
Lounge, stairs, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms — we kit out every room, with proper 8mm underlay as standard.
Better than the builder's spec
The flooring on a new build's standard list is rarely the flooring you actually want — and the upgrades are priced to catch you at the worst possible moment. Come to our showroom, feel the real thing, and choose from quality carpets, laminates, engineered wood and luxury vinyl tile. More often than not it's a better floor than the builder offered, for less money, and it's yours to keep — not financed for 25 years.

We kit out the whole house
Carpet where you want it cosy, hard floors where you want them practical, hard-wearing vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms — all measured, supplied and professionally fitted by our own team. Quality underlay, neat thresholds, tidy beading, no loose ends. New builds are ideal because the house is empty, so we can often have it all finished before you move in.

New build flooring questions
Should I add flooring to my new build through the builder?
You don't have to — and it's usually not the cheapest way. Flooring added to your purchase price is financed over your whole mortgage, so you pay interest on it for years. Buying directly from us means you pay once, choose better quality, and often spend less than the builder's upgrade list.
Do you cover my development?
We floor new build homes right across Clydebank, Duntocher, Dumbarton and the surrounding area. We've priced packages for Millerpark and Carrick Meadows, with Queens Quay coming soon — and if your development isn't listed yet, just message us and we'll add it and price your home.
How much does it cost?
Whole-home packages currently start from around £1,677 supplied and fitted, including VAT, depending on the size of the home and the materials you choose. Each development page shows indicative prices by house type.
What's included?
Everything to floor the house: your chosen materials, quality 8mm underlay, gripper, beading, threshold bars and professional fitting, with hard-wearing vinyl in the kitchen and bathrooms as standard. No hidden extras.
Can you fit before we move in?
Wherever possible, yes. A new build is empty, so we can often have your floors in before completion or moving day — you walk into a finished home.
