Scottish Highlands & Islands. Postcodes in the Highlands (IV, KW, PA, PH), the Western and Northern Isles (HS, ZE, KA27–28) and other island addresses carry a surcharge for larger items and pallets, in line with our couriers' charges. The checkout shows the mainland rate; we will contact you with the exact surcharge and agree it with you before anything is dispatched, and you can cancel at that point if you prefer.

Two-man white glove delivery

Sofas, furniture and beds are delivered by our own two-person team. They will bring your items into the house, take them to the room you choose and place them where you want them. Corner groups and modular sofas arrive boxed in sections, which usually solves a tight doorway or stairwell — if a box will not fit through, we open it and carry the pieces in. Adjustable beds are assembled and set up for you.

Lead times

In-stock items are dispatched as quickly as possible. Made-to-order pieces — including many of our sofas, Chesterfields, recliner suites and beds — are built specifically for you and typically take 2 to 4 weeks, with some ranges longer. We will give you an estimated timescale when you order and keep you updated as your delivery is arranged.

Flooring deliveries

Boxed flooring travels on a pallet and is delivered to the kerbside or the nearest hard-standing point. The driver is not insured to carry boxes indoors, so please have someone available to help bring them in. For carpets, fitted flooring and whole-house packages we arrange delivery ourselves as part of the fitting — there is no separate delivery charge. Our Free Home Measure service makes sure you order the right amount first.

On the day

Please make sure there is clear, safe access for your furniture, and check in advance that larger items will fit through doorways, stairwells and into the room. If you have any concerns about access, let us know before your delivery date so we can plan accordingly.

Checking your order

Please inspect your items on arrival. If anything is damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours so we can put it right quickly — see our Returns & Refunds policy. Changed your mind? You can bring it back to the showroom free of charge within 14 days.

Showroom collection

Most items can be collected from our Clydebank showroom free of charge. Speak to our team to arrange a collection time.

Missed deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or access is not possible, we will contact you to rearrange. A further charge may apply for repeat delivery attempts.
