Flames that look real
Three flame colours, multiple mood settings and 13-colour fuel-bed lighting. Luminosa models add HD ember and drifting smoke effects.

Run flame-only all year for a few pence an hour, or switch on up to 2kW of heat on cold evenings. Eco Design compliant with nothing lost up a chimney.

Smart remote, seven-day programmable timer and app control across the eco fire range, so the fire is lit before you sit down.
No flue, no builder
Every model fixes flat to the wall or stands against it. No chimney, no flue, no gas engineer; a standard 13-amp socket is all that's needed.
Up to five years' cover
The eco fire range carries an extended five-year warranty when registered within 30 days. Optimyst and stove engines carry twelve months.

Questions we get asked most
Do I need a chimney or a gas supply?
No. Every fire in the Italia Collection is electric. It fixes to the wall or stands against it, and plugs into a normal socket. There is no flue, no gas and no installation certificate required.
How much does it cost to run?
Flame-only mode uses only the lighting, so it costs a few pence an hour. With the heater on it draws up to 2kW, the same as a standard electric heater; most people run the flames all evening and the heat for an hour or so.
Do I need someone to fit it?
Wall-mounted fires and media walls need fixing to the wall; a handyman or joiner can do it in an hour or two and we can recommend someone locally. Suites, stoves and floor-standing models simply stand in place.
How long does a made-to-order finish take?
Standard finishes are typically four to six weeks from order. Stoves and inset fires are often quicker. We will give you a date when you order and keep you posted.
Can I choose the size?
Yes. Most wall-mounted and floor-standing models come in three or four widths, from around 1.2m to 2.5m, so you can match the fire to the wall rather than the other way round.
Is 0% finance available?
Yes, on all fireplaces, subject to status. Ask in the showroom or at checkout.
