How much does flooring cost for a new build in Renfrew?
Whole-home packages start from £1,677 supplied and fitted, including VAT, for homes around 650 sq ft. The price depends on your home's size and the carpets, laminates or vinyls you choose. Use the floor-area table above for a guide figure, then we'll confirm an exact quote once you've picked your floors and we've measured up.
Do you cover both Ferry Grove and Ferry Village?
Yes. Whether you're buying at Ferry Grove on Laymoor Avenue or the neighbouring Ferry Village off Kings Inch Road, we supply and fit flooring throughout houses and apartments alike.
Do you floor apartments as well as houses?
Absolutely. Apartments are often quicker to fit than houses, and with no stairs to carpet they can come in a touch under the guide prices. We can also advise on quieter underlays that are kind to downstairs neighbours.
What's included in a whole-home package?
Everything to floor the home: your chosen materials, quality 8mm underlay, gripper, beading, threshold bars and professional fitting. Hard-wearing vinyl goes in the kitchen and bathrooms as standard. There are no hidden extras — your quote is the price.
Can you fit before we move in?
Wherever possible, yes. New builds are ideal because the home is empty — we can often have your floors in before completion or moving day, so you walk into a finished home. Tell us your dates and we'll do our best to work around them.
