Our showroom is inside the Co-op Department Store in Clydebank town centre — a straight run west from Ruchill along Maryhill Road and the A814. We're right by the Clyde Shopping Centre, the railway and bus stations.

How much does flooring cost for a new build at Ashlar Village?
Our whole-home packages for Ashlar Village start from £1,300 for a one-bedroom apartment and around £2,300 for a three-bedroom house, supplied and fitted, including VAT. Use the table above for an estimated figure for your house type, then we'll confirm an exact quote once you've picked your floors and we've measured up.
Do you floor apartments as well as houses?
Yes. Apartments are quick jobs for us — carpet in the bedrooms, laminate or carpet in the living space, and vinyl in the kitchen and bathroom. We fit plenty of flats across Glasgow and can usually be in and out in a day.
What's included in a whole-home package?
Everything to floor the home: your chosen materials, quality 8mm underlay, gripper, beading, threshold bars and professional fitting. Hard-wearing vinyl goes in the kitchen and bathrooms as standard. There are no hidden extras — your quote is the price.
Can I choose my own carpets, colours and qualities?
Absolutely. The package prices are a starting point using our value ranges. In the showroom you can feel the full choice and upgrade to premium wool carpets, engineered wood or luxury vinyl tile — we'll re-price instantly so you always know where you stand.
Can you fit before we move in?
Wherever possible, yes. New builds are ideal because the home is empty — we can often have your floors in before completion or moving day, so you walk into a finished home. Tell us your dates and we'll do our best to work around them.
