Questions we get asked most
How do I know which firmness I need?
Lie on a firm and a medium next to each other for a couple of minutes each, on your side and on your back. Most people know within a minute. As a rule, heavier people and back sleepers lean firm; lighter people and side sleepers lean medium.
Do I need a new base as well?
Not necessarily. Any of our mattresses works on a sound divan base or slatted frame. If your base is sagging or older than the mattress it is replacing, it will shorten the life of the new one, and a divan set is often not much more than the mattress alone.
How long does a mattress take to arrive?
Signature, Sealy and Sleepeezee are all made to order in Britain, typically two to four weeks. We give you a date when you order and deliver two-man to your bedroom for £80, with your old mattress taken away by arrangement.
Can I get a zip-and-link king or super king?
Yes, on most models. Two singles that zip together, so each side can be a different firmness, and it gets up a tight stairwell. Ask when you order.
Is 0% finance available?
Yes, on all mattresses and sets, subject to status. Ask in the showroom or at checkout.
