Because they are based on total floor area rather than your exact room plan, treat them as a guide — your exact price is confirmed on the colours and qualities chosen and a quick measure-up. Larger homes and apartments are priced on application. Upgrade to premium carpets, engineered wood and luxury vinyl tile in the showroom.

How much does flooring cost for a new build at Dargavel Village?
Whole-home packages start from £1,677 supplied and fitted, including VAT, for homes around 650 sq ft. The price depends on your home's size and the carpets, laminates or vinyls you choose. Use the floor-area table above for a guide figure, then we'll confirm an exact quote once you've picked your floors and we've measured up.
My home is with Taylor Wimpey / Bellway / Persimmon — does that matter?
Not at all. Dargavel Village is built by several developers and we floor homes for buyers with any of them. Just tell us your house type or overall floor area and we'll take it from there.
What's included in a whole-home package?
Everything to floor the house: your chosen materials, quality 8mm underlay, gripper, beading, threshold bars and professional fitting. Hard-wearing vinyl goes in the kitchen and bathrooms as standard. There are no hidden extras — your quote is the price.
Can I choose my own carpets, colours and qualities?
Absolutely. The package prices are a starting point using our value ranges. In the showroom you can feel the full choice and upgrade to premium wool carpets, engineered wood or luxury vinyl tile — we'll re-price instantly so you always know where you stand.
Can you fit before we move in?
Wherever possible, yes. New builds are ideal because the house is empty — we can often have your floors in before completion or moving day, so you walk into a finished home. Tell us your dates and we'll do our best to work around them.
