Buying a rug online
Free delivery
Every rug ships free to the UK mainland, usually within three to five working days. Northern Ireland £14.95.
Get the size right
Under a sofa, the front legs should sit on the rug. Under a dining table, add 60cm each side so chairs stay on it when pulled out.
Colours in daylight
Screens vary. If a colour matters, come and see it unrolled in the showroom, or ask us to send a photo in natural light.
Rug pads
An anti-slip underlay keeps a rug flat on hard floors and stops it creeping. Ask when you order and we will add one.
