About Aphrodite
Aphrodite is the range for people who don't want another wood-effect floor. It's built on three decorative tile patterns — Belgravia, Knightsbridge and Kensington — each offered in four colourways: a multi-tone version and then blue, gold and grey. Patterned vinyl of this kind does a particular job well. In a small room like a cloakroom, utility or galley kitchen, a strong repeating pattern reads as a deliberate design decision rather than a compromise, and it disguises everyday marks far better than a plain floor does. It's also cushioned sheet vinyl underneath all that pattern, so it lays in one piece, handles water without complaint and stays warm and quiet underfoot. Distributed by Likewise Floors.

A repeat that looks elegant in a small square can overwhelm a cloakroom, and one that looks busy online can settle down beautifully across a floor. There's no way to judge it from a photograph. Book a free home measure and we'll bring the full-width samples to the actual room, show you the repeat at proper scale, template the floor for cutting and give you a written price including fitting and uplift. Why is there no price on this page?
Flooring is priced per job rather than per metre off a shelf. With patterned sheet vinyl there's an extra factor — the repeat has to line up sensibly in the room, which can affect how much comes off the roll. The free home measure is how you get a real number, and it costs nothing.
Will a strong pattern overwhelm a small room?
Usually the opposite. A busy floor in a small, self-contained room like a cloakroom or utility tends to make the space feel intentional rather than cramped — and it hides scuffs and footmarks far better than a plain pale floor. Where we'd think twice is running the same pattern through several connected rooms.
Can I see the full pattern repeat before ordering?
Yes, and you should. Swatches show a portion of the design, and the repeat is much easier to judge from the full roll or a large sample laid out properly. We'll bring that to the measure rather than have you guess from a small square.
Can you get it round awkward units and a doorway?
Yes — that's the fitter's job, and it's why the measure matters. We template the room including recesses, pipework and thresholds so the piece is cut correctly, with the pattern sitting where it should, before it ever comes off the roll.
Do you fit as well as supply?
We do. We arrange fitting across Clydebank, Glasgow and the surrounding areas, including uplift and disposal of your old flooring if needed. A patterned floor needs a fitter who plans the layout properly, so it's worth having us arrange it.
