About Artemis

Artemis is a cushioned sheet vinyl built almost entirely around oak. Where Zeus mixes in concrete and herringbone, Artemis stays with plank designs and works through the tones instead — pale and bleached at one end, limed and weathered in the middle, vintage and farmhouse at the warmer end, plus two greyed urban decors for anyone furnishing in cooler colours. That makes it an easy range to shop if you already know roughly the shade you want and you're choosing between three or four versions of it rather than between completely different looks. Like all cushioned vinyl it lays in one piece with a foam backing, so it's quiet, warm underfoot and genuinely waterproof across the whole floor rather than just on the surface. Distributed by Likewise Floors.

All 12 designs below can be ordered through our Clydebank showroom. Twelve oak decors that look clearly different on a screen often read almost identically in a real room — which is the whole problem with choosing this range online.

Twelve shades of oak — and they don't separate on a screen

This range is almost entirely oak plank, so the decision is between three or four versions of the same tone. Those look obviously different online and almost identical once they're on a real floor next to your units. Book a free home measure and we'll bring the shortlist to the room, template it for cutting at the same visit, and give you a written price including fitting and uplift of the old floor. Free, no obligation.

Common questions

Why is there no price on this page?

Flooring is priced per job rather than per metre off a shelf. With sheet vinyl the shape of the room matters as much as the size — awkward corners and units mean more waste off the roll. The free home measure is how you get a real number, and it costs nothing.

How do I choose between all the oak shades?

You see them in the room. Oak decors that look clearly different under showroom lights often look almost identical in a real space, and the deciding factor is usually how the shade sits against your kitchen units or skirtings rather than the floor on its own. We'll bring three or four to the measure and settle it there.

Can you get it round awkward units and a doorway?

Yes — that's the fitter's job, and it's why the measure matters. We template the room including recesses, pipework and thresholds so the piece is cut correctly before it ever comes off the roll.

Is vinyl a good choice for a kitchen or bathroom?

It's one of the best. Sheet vinyl lays in a single piece with no joins across the floor, so spills sit on the surface until you wipe them rather than working their way into seams. It's also warmer and quieter than tile, and considerably cheaper to put right if something goes wrong in a few years.

Do you fit as well as supply?

We do. We arrange fitting across Clydebank, Glasgow and the surrounding areas, including uplift and disposal of your old flooring if needed.

Let us bring Artemis to you

We don't list flooring prices online — every job is priced on the room, the underlay and the fitting. Book a free home measure and we'll bring the samples to you, template the room properly and give you a written price including fitting. No charge, no obligation.
